Most of my patients worry about being overweight. 50% who lose weight gain it back due to unhealthy lifestyle post treatment. Therefore as a proactive measure I suggest Ono Teas's weight loss teas to my patients. They are created by Nutritionists like me and I personally find them tasteful. The best part is their availability in both loose leaf and tea bag format.

HISTORY & ORIGINS

Mint Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea that originates from the Fujian province of China. The term oolong comes from the Chinese term Wulong, wu means black, and long means dragon translating to Black Dragon tea.   One theory suggests that this tea originated in the mountains of Wuyi and named after the mountains. Another theory called the “Anxi” theory, where a man accidentally discovered this tea as he forgot about leaving tea leaves on the ground, and came back the next day to find the leaves bruised and partially oxidized. He made a drink from it anyway and found a pleasant new taste.   On the other hand, we have the mints. Native to Eurasia, North America, southern Africa, and Australia, mints are an essential part of most cuisines across the globe. The name “mint” comes from a nymph named Minthe or Menthe, a character in Greek mythology.   Combining these ingredients, Ono Teas has come up with the Minty Oolong tea. Oolong, with the freshness of mint, gives you that heavenly experience that you deserve. Put Ono Teas’ Minty Oolong in your daily routine or treat yourself to this light-bodied bliss.
