Job Description

We are a fast-growing start up looking for a focussed and go-getter senior sales officer. The candidate will help us build up our B2B sales channel in the HORECA and GT space.

The candidate’s responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new prospects, negotiating deals, closures and re-orders by maintaining customer satisfaction. We are looking for an energetic and focussed practitioner of growth hacking.

*Previous experience in Horeca is a must


    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and converting them
    • Keep track of and participate in exhibitions and events in tea and hospitality segment
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects to improve processes
    • Mentor team members and upgrade them
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales target

Day to day activities

    • Create and enhance the pipeline of the restaurants, yoga centers, corporate etc
    • Connect and fix up meetings with them
    • Spend 60-80% time on the field meeting potential clients and following up
    • Share daily reports using current systems about pipeline movement, conversions etc
    • Ensure deliveries are made to the customers by responsible teams and money collected on time
    • Connect with existing and potential customers on a regular basis and maintain relationship with them to track orders and competition movement


    • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in business-to business sales (HORECA)
    • Should be able to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stressful sales scenarios
    • Willingness and ability to be on the field 60-80% of the time
    • Should have aspirations to grow to National Sales Manager
