Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at ” ONO TEAS “.We at Ono Teas hope you love our teas as much we do, but if you aren’t thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in any way possible. 

Return Policy

As per our terms & conditions any product(s) received in a damaged condition, or where the seal is broken, or past its expiry date are eligible for this return policy. The onus of proving proof lies with the customer (i.e you). It is recommended that you take a video of the product while opening the package. This will help you provide enough proof of product damage. For all eligible cases, we will ensure that your package is replaced with a brand-new product at no additional cost.  

Refund Policy  

As per terms and conditions of our refund policy you can cancel any product ordered on our website any time before the receipt of the product.  

If the product is not shipped

  • A refund will be initiated within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • All costs associated with the product from the time of purchase was made including bank processing charges and taxes will be deducted before the refunds are processed. 

If the product is shipped

  • A product return request will be initiated from our end. The onus of returning the product undamaged to our logistic partner lies with the client (i.e. you)  
  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall be deducted before processing the refunds.  
  • Refund will be processed after the product returns to us in undamaged condition and verification is made.  
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. The Refund Will be initiated within 30 days of the return of goods. If we are unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund.   

 

Governing law 

The contract between you and Ono Teas under which you have made your purchases, it is agreed, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, Indian Law under Mumbai Jurisdiction only. The Mumbai courts, in India, shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. 

Important Note:

At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed, and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or Email our sales support team.
